Ingredients:

1 cup almond flour

1/2 cup oat flour

1/4 cup finely grated or finely chopped ceremonial grade cacao

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup coconut oil, melted

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup grated zucchini

1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, oat flour, cacao, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract
