I tried a few (about 8) different brands of cacao, and Spirit of Cacao is by far my favourite. It's so beautifully smooth, and tastes like high quality unsweetened chocolate (I nibble a chunk or 2 raw with every cup I make).
It also comes in the most gorgeous box - what a treat all around. 😍

I have tried so many different brands of ceremonial cacao but Spirit Of Cacao hit me different. 1st of all the packaging is just beautiful and your cacao is wrapped in the most beautiful wrapping paper with light language symbols. There is something very special about it. Then you have your little ritual of making your cacao and the taste is just gorgeous. So easy to drink and heart warming.

I love this product and treat it as a morning ritual, shaving the chocolate as I require it. Initially with my first block, I sweetened it a little with honey or maple syrup. I don't need the sweetness now. It works well in my (coffee) frother. As the milk is heating, I pop the shaved chocolate in. Works a treat and its my absolute sacred way to begin my day.
