ingredients (serves 2)

• 2 cups (500 ml) milk of choice
• 40 g spirit of cacao ceremonial cacao, finely chopped
• 1 tsp sweetener (honey, maple or coconut sugar)
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
• garnish: rose petals, chocolate powder, etc.

method

1. heat milk in a saucepan over medium-low until steaming (not boiling).
2. add chopped cacao and a pinch of salt. whisk until smooth.
