The Spirit of Cacao electric drink stirrer & frother is a handheld, battery-powered frother with a food-grade stainless steel whisk. It whips ceremonial cacao, hot chocolate and other drinks into a smooth, creamy, well-combined cup.

A high-speed motor gives a smooth, even swirl, and it's built to last through thousands of mindful moments. It's simple to use: hold it upright, press, and froth.

How to use

1. Hold the frother upright and gently press the power button to start the whisk.
2. Release the button to stop.

Care and safety

• Rest the motor: limit continuous use to 3 minutes to protect performance.
• Keep the body dry: never immerse the frother body in water or other liquids – clean only the whisk.
• Mind your fingers: keep fingers away from the rotating whisk.
• Children: keep out of reach of children.
• Drying: if the whisk gets damp, let it air-dry fully, and avoid turning the unit upside down so moisture can't get inside.

Spirit of Cacao hot chocolate (serves 2)

Ingredients

• 2 cups (500ml) milk of choice
• 40g Spirit of Cacao ceremonial cacao, finely chopped
• 1 tsp sweetener (honey, maple or coconut sugar)
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
• To garnish: rose petals, chocolate powder, etc.

Method

1. Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium-low until steaming (not boiling).
2. Add the chopped cacao and a pinch of salt, and whisk until smooth.
3. Stir in the sweetener and vanilla (if using), and adjust to taste.
4. Pour into mugs, garnish and enjoy mindfully.

Good to know

Are batteries included?
No. It runs on 2 AA batteries, sold separately.

How do I clean it?
Rinse only the stainless steel whisk and let it air-dry. Never put the frother body in water.

How long can I run it for?
Up to 3 minutes of continuous use at a time.
