Dispatch
We dispatch orders within 48 hours of receiving them (business days).
We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post.

Delivery timeframes (from dispatch)

Standard Post: typically 3 to 7 business days (allow longer for remote WA and NT)
Express Post: typically 1 to 3 business days

Timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and can vary due to volume, weather, or other delays.

Parcels under 499 g (Australia-wide)

Standard Shipping (3 to 7 business days): $9.95 AUD
Express Shipping (1 to 3 business days): $12.00 AUD

Parcels 500 g to 5 kg (Australia-wide)

Standard Shipping (3 to 7 business days): $12.50 AUD
Express Shipping (1 to 3 business days): $16.00 AUD

Tracking

You’ll receive tracking by email when your order is dispatched. If an order contains multiple items, they may arrive in two seperate parcels which you will be notified.

Heat-sensitive items (cacao)

If you live in a hot climate, we recommend choosing Express Post. To avoid parcels sitting in depots, we avoid dispatching late on Fridays or the day before public holidays during warmer periods.

My cacao arrived melted

If you have received your cacao melted, please do not worry, it is not damaged or spoiled, when cacao is heated and hardens again you will noticed a colour change from deep chocolate brown to a latte colour, this is the cacao butter naturally in the cacao that comes to the surface. Simply allow the cacao to reset, and chop using a large kitchen knife and use as per normal.

Packaging & care

We handpick and pack your order with care, using kraft padding to keep items safe in transit. Each parcel is imbued with Reiki and protective symbols. For everyone’s protection, we photograph each order at dispatch.

We publish Christmas and other seasonal cut-offs on this page each year when advised by Australia Post. These are recommendations only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
