How To Brew

Hot Tea

• Use 1 to 2 grams of flowers per cup. This is usually 1 to 2 small flowers depending on size.
• Heat water to about 85°C. Avoid a hard boil to keep the flavour gentle.
• Steep 3 to 8 minutes. For a stronger cup steep up to 10 to 15 minutes.
• Strain and sip mindfully.
